Though I didn't go into specifics of how twisted and dismantled our world seems, I do not in any way disregard that there are beautiful things happening every day. Meeting a stranger in the market, smiling at someone on the street, the laughter of children, the hard workers, teachers, nurses, doctors saving lives, people committing selfless acts. I know it happens. My point was not that there are not wonderful things to report but that there are so many issues that our particular government decides to ignore and not address. That makes me sad and frustrated that the wonderFUL news reported is quite the opposite because honestly, I think there are more things to fix and less and less truth being reported.(FUL exaggerated because I think we are responsible to make the wondrous happen and not rely on those who govern us to make us happy - clearly not only do they piss me off, they certainly make me question how it is they got voted in in the first place!) And yes, I did just digress ... ahh, the joys of random spouts!
